the five point is nice when blue retains his lead or manages to hit a checker, but sending white to the roof now while making the bar point seems more productive. I'm guessing more wins and I'm sure more gammons - on the roof against a four point board with fourteen in the zone is bad news for white.

Making the bar point leaves 11, 54, and 51 as return hits. Not enough to dissuade me from hitting.

The hyper aggressive play of 13/7* 9/5 seems too loose. 13/7* 13/9 is also worth a look - return hits are 16 52 and 56. That's one more than making the bar, so I'll make the bar.
