USBGF Rules - Valid roll issue

In California, not only can I directly vote on many issues through the initiative process, I could try and put issues on the ballot myself if I weren't so apathetic. Don't Texans also get direct votes on at least certain things such as school bonds? You also voted in your representatives, but don't you appreciate personally approving certain things that affect you greatly.

If there is going to be a uniform set of rules, why not let all tournament players approve them? Better still, approve significant issues of the ruleset.

If the majority of players approve them in their entirety, which I suspect, then that just makes them stronger. If the vote were more granular, then changing any parts that don't get approved would make them stronger still.

A great deal of good work was put into these rules. Now let's vote!
