Here is a web page I created which shows pictures of "cocked dice" per the current rule: http://kenlarsennc.com/bgCockedDice.htm

I'm confused about whether they are cocked or not per the proposed new USBGF set of rules.

Bill Riles: Tell me whether they are cocked or not and identify the page and rule number which supports your assertion.
