USBGF Rules - We need worldwide consistency

In Response To: USBGF Rules - We need worldwide consistency (Ken Larsen)

And we will have worldwide consistency if after a year or so of trying the new rules in the USA without ill effects when other countries about the new USBGF rule set or at least work closely with the USBGF and come up with something very similar.
