"±" instead of "±" signs in rollouts exports

It is how I see it on the BGO, too. Since I didn't have the XG files, I just print-screened them, so couldn't make a correction.

Probably some problem with browser/coding settings. Maybe on the poster, maybe on the reader side. I see them the same at home (Firefox) and at work (Chrome), i.e.:

correct "±" sign:

From what I checked quickly, I see incorrect signs in all posted rollouts by Paul Weaver, You, Stick, David Levy, Neil Robbins, Keene, whereas mine and Taper_Mike's I see correctly.

That makes me think that might be a problem between Europe/USA coding.

Do you see correct signs in the above 2 links (Mike's ROs) and the one below (mine)?
