OT - Facebook scam alert

As an FYI to friends of MFIC, I just received a friend request from a "Patrick Gibson" using the same profile picture. They are trying to scam me about getting money from the Bill Gates foundation. I have reported the false account to Face Book.

"Good have you heard the good news about the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation program?"

"and what exciting news is this?"

"It is a foundation program owned by Bill and Melinda Gates and it is designed to improve and maintain standard of living of people. I was able to get winnings from it, I thought you knew about it already."

Really? Winning from a charitable foundation?
