USBGF rules and TD freedom of choice

The USBGF has said in a telephone call to the directors that there will be no "official consequences from the USBGF" for not using the rules. The question was specifically asked about the USBGF added money and the answer was no consequences.

Having played under the new rules in LA they are a very workable rule set. My only objection is that they are not a rule set that is used in worldwide.
