One advantage of making the 4pt is that it helps protect Blue's vulnerable stragglers. See the variant.

By the way, has anyone else been experiencing difficulties connecting to BGOnline? It seems that about 1 out of every 4 or 5 days, my browser just spins its wheels when I try to come here.
