If Blue bears in on 6 and 5pts his EPC will be about 8*7+1+1.5=58.5. He has 18 pips to go to get there, so his EPC is about 76.5 here. White has almost a flat distribution. She has no checkers on her ace point but her checkers on 3pt have gone a little too far. I estimate her EPC about 70+9.5=79.5. It is possible that in a straight race being on roll and having rolls vs. pips position are enough to double, but Blue also gets hit when she rolls 11 or 22. So, I would wait and usually double on next roll.
