For money, both parties have gammon values at 0.5, so the gammon adjusted take point becomes about 78.5%, which is right around borderline take/pass.

At -4-5, your gammon value on the 4-cube is 0, while white has gammon value 0.23. So, the gammon adjusted take point AtS becomes 63 + 30.8x0.23 ~= 70. But as a leader at -4-5, your take point on the 4-cube is 30%. So, this is a borderline decision.

In short, difference in gammon values for money and AtS is compensated by higher take point AtS.
