"The expert human attacker will, IMO, lose on average 2x+ more equity playing his checkers during the course of this game than the expert human defender, in part, because he will tend to have many fewer forced moves."

So the expert would have to lose more than .28 to make it a take and if that is likely then you aren't playing an expert.
