You already have a slight lead in the pip count which is only going to be helped by this 12 pip roll, so gameplan-wise, I'd try to buckle up a bit.

I've always found early small doubles confounding, but noticed that it's often right @ NMS to use these to pull down from the midpoint and to make a point in your outer board. 13/10 seems a suitable first play.

From here, it would be wise to make a point to strengthen our home board. If we make the five, we have a very "stacky" and stiff structure, since we don't want to leave a direct shot on our 8 point and would likely use all three remaining 3's if we went with that. Unstacking from the 6-point to the 3-point gives us a decent point and allows us to move the checker on our opponent's bar point out of a double shot with our last 3, increasing your chances of a clean escape.
