4th roll position from USBGF OLM -- 51S-31P-65P-33

I recently resurrected the USBGF OLM, and right away a position came up that nearly everybody played the same way, and according to my rollout, is wrong. I don't really know why. I guess most of the voters don't either.

BTW, did I get the nactation right?
