Since you can easily replace the playing surface of the P40s, I suggest that after each game of a match a new P40 surface should be provided with the name of each player, and the score of each player, in "away" notation, printed on each player's home board, which would be a tremendous aid to people watching the stream. We just need some sort of marker to indicate if it is the Crawford game. I suggest that since, ipso facto, 2-away, 2-away cannot be Crawford, that the elaborate headgear that has recently been introduced into the rules to indicate 2-away 2-away be re-used to indicate Crawford, as a cost-saving measure to the players.

In a further effort to not burden the players with unnecessary expenses, I suggest that tournament directors should be required to provide the extra playing surfaces necessary to implement these new procedures. It's clear that some of them, with rakes as high as 10% or more, can easily afford to do this while still making a reasonable profit.
