Blue has some gammon chances here if he can get the closeout. An undoubled gammon would put the match at 7away Crawford. I think those are indications that Blue is too good to double. Further, if blue doubles, and things go horribly wrong for blue, white could end up winning a doubled gammon, putting the match at a tie score, erasing Blue's substantial lead.

I will call this Too good to double,/take
