Thanks, Stick, for a nice summary of some of your favorite rules. I did intend the subject line mainly as clickbait. I can't scientifically prove it but I feel that if I mention some famous BG player's name in the subject line, it gets more clicks.

Regarding covering the ace point, this article by Kit Woolsey makes a pretty convincing case that this was an issue on which the experts did a 180 because of the neural nets. That is, in 1996, the small number of experts who had significant bot experience had noticed that the bots liked making the ace point, whereas virtually everyone else hated it. Within a few years, pretty much all the experts had aligned themselves with the bots.
