The 18 looks better than the 20 in this position. Keeping the 20 means we will have to either give up the mid or weaken our board, neither of which is good for Blue. So I'd play 20/18(2) and then the simple 13/11(2). Peever's problems tend to have a lot of QF so maybe there's a better alternative that I haven't considered.
