I agree with baffle-box preferred. The second issue is whether it's necessary to use a cup to drop the dice into the box.

If baffle-box makers can properly document that their box sufficiently randomizes the dice, then anyone using that particular box should be exempt from using a cup, too.

Other than that, at the very most it should be cup-and-box preferred.
