I think it is clear that you are better qualified than Phil to lay down fair terms of such a bet, ie trying to provide sufficiently strong statistical evidence that the Dice Scrambler can be beaten. Other mathematician posters would then be invited to concur with your terms. It goes without saying that there has to be a downside for both sides, for one thing, as we all know, any chimpanzee can type out the complete works of Shakespeare if they're lucky enough!
