BG Buddy - Backgammon Scorekeeper, Clock and Dice Updated

BG Buddy has been updated to include the following improvements. Thank you all for your valued input to this update.

- Position photos can now be taken while the clock is running.

- Clock now remains visible while taking position photos.

- Money Game Settlements. You can now enter an arbitrary number of points if a settlement has been agreed regardless of the cube value.

- Dice auto-roll Option in Match Play. When your opponent picks up their dice, your dice will roll automatically if you don't have a cube decision to make. It is advised to only use auto-roll when you are playing friendly matches. Auto-roll is included as a user requested feature but as Dmitriy Obukhov points out on the subject of illegal moves: "In my understanding, autoroll may be used with the "legal moves" rule.
