Another good reason: Art Benjamin!

In Response To: Why go to Cleveland? (March 23-26) (Phil Simborg)

Another reason to come to Cleveland at the end of this month. I have invited the famous mathematician, Art Benjamin, to be my co-lecturer, and we will give attendees a backgammon math quiz that will be fun, challenging, but also most educational.

Art is not only famous for his books and his MathMagic presentations, but he is also a former No. 1 player on the American Backgammon Tour.

Hopefully the lecture will be taped and possibly streamed (Mishipoo, are you listening?) and people not in attendance will get to see it as well.

(I have done lectures with Art before, and they are always fun and educational.)
