Obviously, you are too ignorant to know and too unintelligent to figure out that IP-addresses don't come from chips embedded in people's necks.

In other words, "it's not one person per one IP-address"!

Family members, friends, neighbors, etc. etc. can share IP-addresses.

I don't want to make things too obvious but for various/numerous reasons it may not be trivial to tell who is who by just looking at what is written.

For example, I doubt that you could tell which of the "Les Trois Musketeers", "La Dame aux Camélias", "La Traviata", "Le Compte de Monte Cristo" were written by Alexandre Dumas Pere (the father) or Alexandre Dumas Fils (the son).

Just admit that you are not nearly as intelligent as you think. This goes for Chow, Rennie, et.al.
