As Neil already pointed out, the first laptop also has a dedicated graphics card in addition to SSD. Is the price difference worth it? If this is going to be your main working computer for the next several years, then definitely yes. If you haven't had any previous experience with SSD, then you'll understand what we mean when you turn the laptop on for the very first time and it's ready for work in less than 20 seconds.
