Nack, your top choice has HDD as the main hard drive, and hence will provide an overall slower experience. From your list of also-rans I'd personally pick the second item — Lenovo Y700 with 256GB SDD.

Also, many modern laptops don't have an optical drive (for CD or DVD or Blu-Ray discs). This is not a problem since you can always get an external one, if necessary, and connect it through a USB port.
