I think what Albert meant was that one pair of dice reduces the scope for unfairness, the degree to which it can be exploited; the possibility for it clearly still exists.

It does amaze that, in all the discussions about possible cheating with electronic v physical dice - here and in other threads - the difference between opaque and transparent dice is rarely mentioned. It's almost a taboo subject.

I believe that, unless the TD decides there is a special reason, transparent dice should always have precedence over opaques.
