Professional Basketball (NBA) Rules Question

I don't know why anyone would know the answer to the following question but it's possible that one of you knows a NBA ref or something similar, so why not try. First, a link to the rules in case you want to try to interpret/guess for yourself: NBA Rules

I also don't care what the rules are in high school or college, strictly NBA.

Scenario - a normal free throw shot

Question - Is the player shooting the free throw allowed to bounce the ball to the basket? If you believe he is allowed, are the other players allowed to touch the ball once it has hit the floor? I'd really like an answer to this but I'll listen to random ramblings for fun... Baseball question tomorrow, this is a warm up.
