As we know, the percentages, and therefore the moves, that XG spits out are based on neural net evaluation. Representation of a neural net is not code, but rather a huge graph of weighted connections between units.

In a nutshell - it's not CODE that spits out moves, it's DATA.

That doesn't of course mean that there is no GPL violation, just that proving it by showing same moves is pointless, even if it turns out that XG plays exactly the same in almost any situation.
