After reading your reaponse, I stand by every one of my points. In your response you did raise one good point and perhaps it is because I didnt express myself clearly.

I would care if eXtremeGammon was developed by breaking some legal or ethical codes. My statement about not caring about how it provides me with good information is based on my assumption and belief that no legal or ethical code had been broken.

And just because you put your ridiculous, unfounded accusations in the form of a question does not make you blameless for suggesting wrongdoing without real proof.

That is what the yellow newspapers have done for years with headlines like "Is Brad Pitt a secret homosexual and transvestite?" Putting it out as a question is no defense.

I will not ask Xavier if he is a crook and a thief and ask him to respond any more than I would ask a disgusting and insulting question to anyone I respect. And for the record, I have known Xavier for many years and have had many dealings with him and know others who have as well, and he deserves far greater consideration and thanks and respect for what he has done for the game, his generosity, his pricing a product to make it accessible to a larger audience (when he certainly didnt have to given the history of Snowie st $400), and for his open and honest cooperation on this forum over the years.

Dont ask me or others to be a part of your ridiculous witch hunt and unfounded accusations.
