Standing: The ability of a party to show harm or at least a strong connection to some alleged breach of rules. Has Jack mack been harmed if his allegations are found to be true? No. Perhaps GNUBG would have been harmed. Without standing you can't sue. (if anyone says something like the rules are the rules, imagine that all sorts of crazies start suing - without standing - under the craziest laws that remain in statue books; this goes beyond economising the time & money of courts)
