XG++ verses rollouts

Mine is on the default setting, Kazaross XG2.met

I don't want to focus too much on the one random example I gave - there was a small difference which in itself does not detract from the theme in the book.

I suppose what I'm trying to say is that for completeness the XG version details, and now you mention it, the MET details should be given in the book. Also, following Stick's comments, perhaps the close/borderline XGR++ results would be better if rolled out.
