Computer purchase - need help

Here's the listing of processors I found. It isn't clear to me what would be best for rollouts. The Extreme is more than $1,000 extra. I'm willing to pay that if it would be a lot faster for rollouts. Would someone contrast these choices for me? Keep the explanations simple please.
