The hit is clear, it's much too early to play something passive like 13/8, the only question is where to play the 4? 13/9 unstacks the heavy midpoint and brings more wood into range to make good points. What does 24/20 do? Nothing really. Some might think it prepares to anchor up if your blot on the bar pt. is hit but all it really does is give your opponent small #s to hit as well.

This would let me retain my racing lead and allow me to button up my loose blots. Hitting pushes you ahead in the race and leaves you with a lot more control of both outfields. I assumed the readers would vote unanimously on this.
