Scheduling controls

In Response To: Tournament Scheduling Controls (Art Grater)

Everyone could potentially have a late finish though and that is relevant for transportation issues. There have been several tournaments I didn't go to because I did not feel that if I advanced far enough I would be able to make an evening flight.
