I think this is a position where if you copy it and play it out repeatedly with XG evaluating your plays you'll start to see some clear patterns of how it goes about positioning checkers to extend the prime and / or create blocking points to trap a checker off an anchor he makes one. A good way to start is looking at how it suggests playing all 21 rolls in the immediate position, as Phil often recommends in his videos.
