-4-6 is a very special score where the match leader normally cubes earlier than for money. (-4-5 is another such score, but it's less counter-intuitive than -4-6.) Because of that, I'd venture a QF guess that hitting is best. On the other hand, at -4-7 I'd rather play safe.
