Most Prime members pay $99/year, at least in the U.S. The 54M estimate seems to be about 3 years old. So the revenue is likely 3 or 4 times more.

I agree with you about ABT (or, by extension, USBGF) funding it because they are voluntary organizations. I don't see any good reason why players should be the ones to be forced to pay for it.
