Different start times and side pools

So here is something that happened at this tournament that I was shocked nobody knew or cared about. I thought maybe I was placing too much value on it. I played in the early entry round of 32 and the draw was posted and showed the players who were in the side pool and when the matches were finished the draw remained posted with the winners listed. I took down the draw sheet myself and handed it to Troy explaining that I thought it was a big deal with people still being able to enter the tournament knowing how many entered the side pool, how many were still in it, and even specifically who is in it.

To me there seems to be the easiest of solutions, just don't post who is in the side pool until all the buying in is over with. Is that somdifficult?
