Between equals the take is trivial, and I'd wait a roll. Blue may lose his market when he makes the 3 and White dances, but that occurs less than 25% of the time so no cube per JOH.

With the ELO / PR difference, I think Blue should cube and White should take. It is a not very skill incentive position where Blue is happy to put points on the line, and the skill difference hinders White's recube after a hit. For White, the take equity is too high to let this go, even with the skill difference.
