Correction: PR difference=1, ELO Difference=37 -->PR difference=1, ELO Difference=35

I guess the approx value of 1PR=~33 ELO points is only true when your PR is about 4.

If you are wondering what Exp means: EXP(number)

Number is the exponent applied to the base e.

Examples

EXP(1) equals 2.718282 (the approximate value of e)

EXP(2) equals 7.389056

If you'd copy paste the above formula in Excel and reference the values in cells then everything should be OK
