Can't safety all the blots, so which one(s)?

After playing 10/7 with the 3, we are in very good shape. I think we increase our gammon chances by staying back. 5/3 with the deuce. I gave some thought to 13/11, but I think that is a little too much. 13/11 10/7 is my #2 play though.
