Since RNG's are typically subjected to "runs" tests, I would expect Mersenne Twister to behave very much like random numbers when it comes to runs of double sixes.

With random dice, you expect to see one double six every 25.169925 rolls. And two consecutive double sixes every 210.33985 rolls, etc. So you expect to see about one run of 3856 double sixes in 219937 rolls.

I don't know if there is a way to actually calculate N. It would take too much computing power to go through all 219937 numbers and look for the longest run.
