Not quite. Without the absurdly expensive simulation (or actually trying to compute the possible inner states after seeing 3740 double sixes, which is probably not feasible either, but I am not sure, maybe there is some clever stuff one can do) I have no way of knowing if the longest possible 66 run has a length of 3740, 3741, 3742 or maybe even 3750 (highly unlikely though, to the tune of (1/36)^10, NOT much less than that). It certainly is nowhere near, say, 4000.
