My first inclination is to make the five prime. Then, if white fails to shake a six she'll have to crunch her board and her backgame goes pfffft.

That said, she still has six checkers in play so even if she has to tear up her board she'll still have some chances if blue gets hit in the bear in.

Her three homeboard blots are enticements to hit loose, but with six checkers already back maybe blue doesn't really want any more. A third anchor looks like real trouble.

I like the blocking play - it really screws with her timing and I'm not sure whether forcing a hit with something like 8/2* is best.

What about 14/10 4/2*? make the full five prime, and destroy her timing with a forced hit? If those blots in her homeboard were open points then blue would win the timing battle, but as-is he won't reduce whites timing most of the time. Plus I think keeping the four point is a good idea.

I'll just play the prosaic 14/10 8/6 and hope for white to crunch.
