White is behind by 20 pips and has no board or much of a blockade structure. Blue will hit loose so white ends up on the bar against a four point board with eleven in the zone a lot. A consolation is that blue won't get full value out of a gammon with the cube at 2; OTOH if white passes blue is 2-away and she can turn the cube without it coming back.

This adds up to a pass to me.

Is it too good? Maybe, but I'd ship it as some will take this. (and I'm not completely sure about the pass)
