Monte Carlo Backgammon Association Tournament 7th Monte Carlo Open 42nd Backgammon World Championship with €20.000 added prize money!
Greetings, Backgammon Players! We are less than two months away from the start of the 42nd Backgammon World Championship! Get ready for another fantastic event!
FOR 2017: €20.000 added prize money in the World Championship; FOUR World Championship divisions -- Championship, Advanced, Intermediate, and Novice; reduced registration fees for the Championship division; airline discounts exclusively for tournament participants; and for this year, there will not be a compulsory Gala Dinner.
Make Your Hotel Reservations NOW! We urge you to make your hotel reservations IMMEDIATELY due to high demand! Discounted room rates at the Fairmont Monte Carlo and SBM hotels are only guaranteed until July 15th. Our reservation block runs from July 28th thru August 12th, 2017. Any reservations made after July 15th are subject to availability and group rates cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before your reservation.
To take advantage of the discounted backgammon group rates, room reservations for the Fairmont and SBM affiliated hotels must be made exclusively through Antoinette-Marie Williams. Reserve online at our Reservations page or you may e-mail us for assistance.
