EPC for stack + stragglers

I take John's (Zare's) formula and either add or discount by .052% depending on whether I am better or worse than my opponent and depending on which way the wind is blowing.

As for No. 2, which is the real reason I am posting, is that the answer is no. You cannot use XG to do this for you. You can only select 15 checkers over 8 points in the bearoff database.
