In Response To: USBGF Rules Reboot - proposal - public comment welcome (Rich Munitz)

I should not comment because I don't play BG tournaments at the moment and don't participate in US tournaments. In any case, I very much liked the explanation of the principles behind the rules and the rules changing process. A good reminder that also has applicability outside of BG.
