8/3* 6/4* because if you let white roll, he will either anchor or make another good point so taking away the roll is important, because you get to slot two homeboard points and are likely to make one or two, and because you only face a one-point board so the risk is tolerable. And White can roll a 6 from the bar and stay out with at least one checker.
