The dead cube rule is not fair anymore. It's been changed from when the cube is at a level when the match was ensured to end, to, when the cube is at a level that a player will win. In other words, is the cube is at a level that one player can win the match but the opponent can't. the ability for the leader to make a bad cube decision is taken away. Either the cube is dead before the game begins, or all is fair play. This just adds too much favor to the leader. We might as well just let the leader win if they get within 1 or 2 points of the match length.
