This supports the position that there should be no prohibition on aids between matches in a best-of series. However, it is an entire backgammon match that is really analogous to a single game of chess or checkers as the match is the atomic unit of competition in backgammon tournaments. Do any of these games permit anything of potential aid during a break mid-game?
